Excellent location with beautiful view. Kind and helpful staff. Nice breakfast with varied options. Wonderful lunch menu. Clean and spacious rooms with balconies. Hot showers. Easy access to hiking trails. Good value for money

The location of the hotel was perfect for our city trip, with easy access to the main sights and attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with maps and recommendations for the best places to visit. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a good variety of options to choose from.
The Wi-Fi connection was poor and only available in certain areas of the hotel, which was inconvenient. the room we stayed in was a bit outdated, with old furniture and no tea or coffee-making facilities.

We stayed in a lovely hotel in the midst of beautiful nature surrounded by stunning hiking trails. We appreciated the helpful staff who gave great advice on nearby places to explore. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the restaurant had a great view of the mountains.
The Wi-Fi connection was terrible and too far from the rooms.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect-I could easily walk to the nearby Slovak Paradise National Park and enjoy the fine natural scenery. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. Not to mention, the staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was decent and the room had a nice view of the scenery. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed directions. Additionally, the location was great since it was close to many tourist attractions.
The room was outdated with poor amenities. The shower was not working properly, and the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable. It was a shame since we needed to have a stable internet connection for work purposes. we left disappointed with the stay and wouldn't recommend it to a friend.
